The Graminia Hall Helping Hands Award was created by the Graminia Community League & Social Society to reward individuals who give back to their communities. We are very thankful for all of the amazing students that apply to this every year. They are all spending time doing things to make our communities a better place. This is never an easy choice, kudos to all of you.
This year's recipients are 2 very deserving young ladies who have donated many hours within our school, their sports communities and with other local groups. Between the two of them they have helped at our school with sports events, being buddies to younger students, helping the foundation maintain our vending machine, the drama club and even being an MC for an assembly.
Outside of school they should be very proud of their extra work as well. They have both taken opportunities to show amazing leadership whether it is with animal rescue organizations or running summer programs for kids.
